DOUTHIT GRAVEYARD

This cemetery is located about 3.5 miles east of Canton just off Hwy 64. It is one of Van Zandt County's small family cemeteries with the oldest grave being that of E. A. Jones bearing a date of death of 1 March, 1889. This graveyard is no longer in use and was considered complete when last surveyed in 1990.
