Slacker's Retreat Misc.   Waco, Texas Irregular during WWI   Publicized the names of "slackers" in the war effort, especially those who did not subscribe to Liberty Bonds in an amount comparable to their income.  Issued "as often as necessary in the interest of the soldiers in France."
