Tinsley's |
|
F&P; two cemeteries were believed to have been on Tinsley between S. 3rd and S. 4th(?) Street. Reportedly, there was a black cemetery "in the back" and another cemetery "in front with whites and Mexicans. The family that owned the property next to it returned...about 10 years ago and...bulldozed everything under." Could one or both have been "Tinsley's Cemetery"? Also, a Mr. Tinsley donated the land for Liberty Grove and Tinsley's are buried there. has a name to research. |
