Comments: 1. George Oliver Brown's birth date in the family Bible is
Oct. 24, 1887. That conflicts with his sister Mineola in that she was
born Feb. 22, 1888. It is written in said Bible that George died Nov.
6, 1887.
2. Mineola, also found as Minnie Ola, and Neal Cunningham eloped. After
obtaining the marr. license in Waco, they headed out Gholson Rd. Along
the way to Gholson they encountered a preacher who, when asked, married
them right there in the road!
3. Cullen & Alice Brown Chatham lived a good bit of time in Palacious where Cullen ran a Gulf station.
4. Nole Simmons Jay Brown's half-sister Nellie Jay Cannon's dau., Irene
Cannon, married the son of Neal & Mineola Cunningham, Garland K.
