"Our family always called it Basin Springs. Many of the names mentioned in the article are buried
at the Basin Springs cemetary. I do remember my parents telling me that the school burned sometime
in the 30's. This is where my mother and her family attended school. My uncle, Carl B. Greene, was
the last minister at the church, I do not remember when he came on board and when the church actually
dissolved. The last time I was there I was in junior high and there were less than 10 people there.
The church building is gone and someone has purchased the land, recently building a home there."
