George Alonzo Coffin - Born 20 Oct 1882 Whitemound, Grayson Co., Tx. - died 13 Dec 1963, Denison, Tx. His death cert. Grayson Co. no 76667. shows he lived at 831 West Ford. He was a retired weaver from the Denison Cotton Mill. He died of heart failure.

Ella was born in Bell's, Grayson Co., TX to D. Stogsdill and Sarah Rushing Stogsdill. She died of a cerebral Thrombosis. children from this union; J. D.  b. 1924;Norma Jean b. 1927; Wilburn Leon b.1930.  She died in 1966, buried in Cedarlawn Cemetery.

Martin George Coffin's death cert. shows that he lived at 715 West DuBois St. in Denison and worked as a 'slash attender' at the Denison Cotton Mill. It reveals that he had chronic kidney failure. He died in Denison but had lived at the Denton State School. He died of bronchopneumonia. A notation reads: Mental retardation, secondary to brain damage, secondary to encephalitis.
7. LeRoy James Coffin       15 Apr 1916  Denison, Tx - 20 Aug 1943 - Harris Co., Tx. Buried in OakWood Cemetery, Denison, Tx. Wed 14 Aug 1937 to Naomi Beatrice Giles. Death Cert. Harris Co. Tx no. 37848. He died at Goose Creek Hospital in Harris Co. of a fractured skull. He had lived there only a few months and was a carpenter at the San Jacinto Shipbuilding co., it is noted that his injury was not related to his work.
