Locust and Willow Springs where their land was. Daddy was born in
1908, so this was in the teens.

Walter Thomas Clountz came to Oak Grove, Grayson County
TX in 1877 and Died at his daughter's house in Denison Tx - Mrs.
Viola Sloan.

This a cotton field here that Mama (Florence
Cook Clountz) said was the Sultzer place in the late teens or early 20's,
she said Mr. Sultzer, Mark Roberson, Mr and Mrs. Hawkins, the Sultzer
boys and my daddy and I believe his brother, Henry Sherman Clountz and
William Clountz, are in this field picking cotton. I wish I knew
the dog's name!
