Flatonia, Fayette Co., Tex. May 27--
Died this morning at 7:30, Mr. H.W. Yeager, Sr., in the 74th year of his age. Mr. Yeager was one of the pioneers of Texas, and a confederate veteran.

Flatonia, Tex., May 18.—Henry W. Yeager, Jr., died at the home of his mother at 1 o'clock a. m. today after a long illness, aged 38 years. Deceased was for many years one of Flatonia's most prosperous and wideawake merchants, having taken charge of his father's business upon his retirement from [business] life.

Flatonia, Tex., Sept. 19.—Mrs. Lillie Yeager, wife of H. W. Yeager, jr., died last night after a lingering illness of a year's duration. Mrs. Yeager was the daughter of Mrs. Amsler of Shiner, Tex.

FRANK YOUNG DIED THURSDAY.

Frank Young died Thursday in his home at 216 Edgewood avenue. He was 59.

He is survived by his widow: five sons, Charles F. Young of Silsbee, Texas, Paul L., Louis and Frank Young of Houston and George Young of Schulenburg, and two daughters, Miss Mary Young of Vancouver, B. C., and Dorothy Young of Houston.

The body was taken overland to Schulenburg Thursday by the Earthman Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Saturday, with burial in the cemetery there. — Houston Press.

Lottie Clyde Young

Little Lottie Clyde Young, aged one day, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank C. Young of West Point died at La Grange, Saturday, Sept. 2.  Funeral services were Sunday afternoon at the home of Bob Robbins at West Point and interment was in the Moore cemetery, Koenig Funeral Home in charge.

Mrs. Susan Young, 97, Who Came To Texas By Wagon Train, Dies

Mrs. Susan Green Young 97, who came to Texas by wagon train from Missouri 90 years ago, died at her home at West Point Tuesday morning.

Funeral services were held at the residence Wednesday afternoon at 3 o'clock and interment was made in the Woods cemetery at West Point. Rev. S. M. Bailey of La Grange officiating.

Mrs. Young, nee Green, was born at St. Louis on June 5, 1842. Coming to Texas in 1849, she settled with her parents and family at what is now High Hill. On Oct. 13, 1859, she was united in marriage with Alfred Young and moved to a farm at West Point, where she lived continuoulsly for the past 80 years. Her husband passed away in 1898.

Surviving are a son, Frank, and two daughters, Misses Ella and Mattie, who lived with their mother; another daughter, Mrs. Susanne Haynie of West Point; and six grandchildren. – La Grange Record
